Medicines are sensitive healthcare products that must stay in controlled temperatures(15-25 °C) and original sealed packaging. Once a parcel leaves our pharmacy, we can no longer guarantee its safety or efficacy for resale.
Why we have this policy:
Delivery within Pakistan usually takes 1–3 working days. A return shipment adds 10–15 extra days. That extra exposure to heat, humidity, and light can degrade medical integrity. To keep every customer safe, we do not re-sell returned stock.
🛡️Our Guarantee: Wrong or Damaged Items
If we send the wrong item or it arrives damaged / expired, we will fix it immediately:
1. Verification:
Send clear photos of the damage or the wrong item on WhatsApp.
2. Free Replacement:
After verification, we will dispatch a NEW replacement at no extra cost. No return of the original item is necessary.
Please double-check your order before breaking the safety seal. Once a seal is opened, we cannot accept the product back, and refunds or exchanges will not be possible.
